Placed an order on hyperli 21 April 2023. Till today, 12 June i have only received half of mentioned order. I have emailed and called. Receive automated reply that someone will be in contact shortly. Nobody ever contacts. When trying to request a refund the site is conveniently not available. Pathetic service. Will never again use this site and advise everyone i know to not order from here.

Bought a CPO iPhone on the 25 May 2023, i received it today 10 June 2023 all excited, only to switch on the phone and it requires a Pin Code that i wasnt given to, i am very disappointed.

Set of 6 Stackable Storage Boxes When they say soft plastic, they mean the cheapest soft plastic they could find; utterly useless storage boxes crumble with the slightest touch; I do not recommend this product; I spend a bit extra to buy good quality.

I placed an order on May 25 (ORDER #482025). 11 days later no communication as to when my order will be delivered, searching the website there is no contact number. I am here wondering if I am scammed.

I had a terrible experience with the manager/owner of this venue. Her name was Cindy. Hyperli had system problems with their upgrade and Cindy accused me of scamming her because she was unable to get paid immediately by Hyperli for the voucher I purchased. This had nothing to do with me and the way she handled the issue was with absolutely poor customer service. The two stylists at the salon were lovely and professional though, and if the manager/owner did not cause such a terrible experience for me, I would have gladly returned for further services. I unfortunately do not recommend using this providers service. Hyperli also really messed up here and has made a loyal hyperli customer (me) become hesitant of using hyperli's services in future.

Hi bought a voucher from hyperli on the 29th May booked with the selected place only to be told today on the 2nd June that they will have to cancel my booking less than 24 hours due to them not being paid. Now I can't get through to anyone from hyperli they have no contact details and my account says it does not exist after I requested a refund. Can I be contacted and refunded immediately this is unacceptable. They are able to send me promo emails but can't find my account on a refund request!!!

I cancelled my order on the 22nd of May 2023, got no repond from hyperli. After I submitted a review on this platform and facebook, I was contacted by Khanya who requested my banking details for the refund. It's been 7 seven day and still no refund. Emailed her 2 times already to ask what's going in but no reply. Can I please get my refund now.

Hi Hyperli ORDER #480006 I’ve tried more than 3 times to request a refund I believe it goes through and gives me the a pop up that says : Refund request submitted. Please check your email. But unfortunately I haven’t received any emails to confirm my refund and when I check the order it doesn’t show that I requested a refund. One of your staff member(khanya) emailed me and I gave her all the information but she has since been quiet I’ve emailed her more than twice but she hasn’t replied it’s now been a week and I’ve also just received communication of my order being in transit. I just want my refund. Can you please assist

Is Hyperli still a running business because I m not understanding. Firstly I've been a customer for years and had R120 in my wallet. Suddenly this gets made a voucher. I attempt to log into my account, apparently it no longer exists?? How??? When you just emailed me the voucher a few days ago??? Anyway, I decide to then use my voucher to purchase something because now im getting suspicious. From the day I purchased the headsets I purchased till date I have not received any communication. No tracking number for my order. Nothing. I'm reading reviews and it looks like Hyperli is not a functioning business anymore. All the responses to reviews are copy and paste. I've tried emailing and as you guessed it, no response. What the hell is going on? If you're gonna give me the copy and paste answer, please don't bother.

Good day I bought an Apple iPhone of R3200 on Sunday 21st of May 2023. Later saw it was a pre-owned phone,so i cancelled the order. No reply on my emails or chats,phone number not even ringing. Please refund me this is not small change it's R3200.

I bgt 2 Spa vouchers at seperate partners if Hyperli. The one voucher was for a 50th bday gift. There is no mention of the Spa's name. Their telephone # is null and void. I emailed your company and Khanya responded a day later 'cc' the partner as well. No word or response from either todate after my 2nd email. HYPERLI DO YOU ACTUALLY VET OR CHECKOUT THESE PARTNERS THAT YOU ARE IN BED WITH.... Seems like a scam. Prove me wrong please. I also cannot call your client services 0212029566 or 0210451311... Is there a running business happening??. Thk you. Looking forward to a response

I couldnt access my account, received an email i had to register again and lost the R1499 credit of a refund that was in the wallet tab. Been struggling for just over 2 weeks to make a purchase. Sent follow up emails but to no avail. :(

Delivery takes forever. I placed my order on rhe 10th of April, even today it has not yet been delivered. Their contact number is not going through. This is very frustrating. When I send an email, someone replies and always say the order is being prepared for shipping.😌

Haven't received any communication about my order, it has been a a week now. I am really disappointed in your service, what is worse is that I always recommend you to my loved ones. Please do right and shut down your business if you cannot handle it. Your service sucks, I had even bought items I wanted to cook in my airfryer.
