“It’s been a month trying to refund a voucher . The is no one assisting me I have sent several emails”

“Please stay away from hyperli, I've bought several vouchers however most of the establishments are closed down yet they still continue selling the vouchers, They dont reply to refund request or any communications and complaints sent, I've also bought a perfume that costed R1200 and when it arrived it was a knock off perfume that is 80% water. The scent lasts 2 minutes then disappears. That was in February, To date i stil haven't heard back anything from them after several complaints and refund request sent. Please if you dont want to waste your money stay away from hyperli.”

“Extremely Disappointing Experience – Feels Like a Scam I’ve honestly had the worst experience with Hyperli. First, I bought a spa voucher for two. The spa was horrible, and I couldn’t even get a booking date. I requested a refund and was given a Hyperli voucher instead. Fine — I decided to try something else since the spa experience backfired. I then bought a voucher for a braai experience. When I called the place, they told me they weren’t even operational and had been asking Hyperli to remove them from the website. Again, I had to request a refund and got stuck with another Hyperli voucher. By then, I didn’t even know what to buy anymore because nothing felt trustworthy. I saw the “Mystery Box” and took a chance, even though it sounded too good to be true. Big mistake. The description made it seem like you could get something decent… instead, I received a pair of the cheapest knock-off AirPods imaginable. I genuinely have no words. This whole experience has been a disgrace. False advertising, non-operational partners, and misleading products. I’m extremely disappointed and honestly feel scammed. I won’t be using Hyperli again.”

“Hyperli is a scam I bought few items they delivered one by one and it took two weeks.They deliver one item I send them several email requesting my money back.They gave me a voucher I send I want my money. So they decided to block me my emails cannot go through and their website cannot be reached.The contact NUMBER apparently when I call it the lady said it was not hyperli. THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD BE WARNED PEOPLE.”

“purchase 5 items worth R2400 when it arrived after 3 weeks it was chinas knockoff i could've bought that same stuff from temu of shein for far less then what i paid for it from Hyperli , I tried to contact them the following day to cancel the orders they couldnt help because you must chat on live chat or email there is no telephone number. i will never ever buy from them again very dissapointed and upset”

“They absolutely useless at customer service. Have a credit with them and send them messages for assistance. They either don't respond or do so after a few days. Seems like they not interested in their customers at all. Wudnt purchase anything from them in a hurry”

“This place is a scam. I placed an order then upon receipt of the voucher I contacted the supplier. The supplier informed me that he cannot honour the voucher as he viewed my vehicle a big vehicle and not small to medium vehicle and mind you my vehicle is a BMW 1 series. He told me to honor it I would have to pay more them what the voucher was purchased for. We agreed that the voucher should be cancelled. Ever since then I keep asking why did I not receive a confirmation of my refund when I did the refund request on the website. To this date I keep getting an answer that I must log a cancellation which I have done. The online chat is absolutely useless and ineffective. I hope that this can be resolved as a matter of urgency.”

“Hyperli! I purchased a set of Silicone Kitchen Utensils from Hyperli which turned out to be the worst buy in a matter of weeks. The utensils are of a very poor quality and shoddy workmanship and started disintegrating in less than 3 months. When I complained to Hyperli, only then did I learn that they have a 6 months warranty period, which was never mentioned on their website or product itself. Utensils inteded for daily use must be well thought out and durable to withstand heat and water. These ones were intended for display and not for use because they now lie useless. The silicone on other items has bubbles and the hand whisk is peeling off. I'm very disappointed at Hyperli in endorsing an inferior product like this and for not taking responsibility for it. So, both Hyperli and the manufacturer got off scot-free for this unworthy product.”

“Bought a SilverCrest airfryer. What a useless product and an absolute waste of money. Difficult to open door(u are sure to hurt your fingers). Issues with touch screen, does work properly. Someone shud teach Silvercrest about user interface. Can go ip and down with timer or temperature, have to go all the way round if u go past what u want to set at.”

“Hyperli Disappointed, angry, frustrated in mystery deal. received a watch that does not work and bracelet that was in pieces ,was certainly bought from a china shop or alike. What is suppose to be electronic was a small purple ring. i bought both his and hers and electronic mystery deal plus paid for courier. I feel like ive been scammed. I would love if these company gets investigated for false advertising. when asked about refund just like everyone else ,,, terms and conditions. Please dont even try buying anything from Hyperli ...its a scam. Order #572797”

“Purchased a spa treatment for what i thought was for 2 people only to real It was for 1 person. Now I am told they will refund me in a voucher. Sorry but can i please have my money back into my account like i had initially paid. What if i will want another product from you 3 years from now since the voucher is only valid for 3 years? Do the right tging and pay me back my money.”
