purchase 5 items worth R2400 when it arrived after 3 weeks it was chinas knockoff i could've bought that same stuff from temu of shein for far less then what i paid for it from Hyperli , I tried to contact them the following day to cancel the orders they couldnt help because you must chat on live chat or email there is no telephone number. i will never ever buy from them again very dissapointed and upset

They absolutely useless at customer service. Have a credit with them and send them messages for assistance. They either don't respond or do so after a few days. Seems like they not interested in their customers at all. Wudnt purchase anything from them in a hurry

This place is a scam. I placed an order then upon receipt of the voucher I contacted the supplier. The supplier informed me that he cannot honour the voucher as he viewed my vehicle a big vehicle and not small to medium vehicle and mind you my vehicle is a BMW 1 series. He told me to honor it I would have to pay more them what the voucher was purchased for. We agreed that the voucher should be cancelled. Ever since then I keep asking why did I not receive a confirmation of my refund when I did the refund request on the website. To this date I keep getting an answer that I must log a cancellation which I have done. The online chat is absolutely useless and ineffective. I hope that this can be resolved as a matter of urgency.

They advertise original JBL earphones but deliver cheap, fake, Chinese knock-offs. Totally untrustworthy!

Hyperli! I purchased a set of Silicone Kitchen Utensils from Hyperli which turned out to be the worst buy in a matter of weeks. The utensils are of a very poor quality and shoddy workmanship and started disintegrating in less than 3 months. When I complained to Hyperli, only then did I learn that they have a 6 months warranty period, which was never mentioned on their website or product itself. Utensils inteded for daily use must be well thought out and durable to withstand heat and water. These ones were intended for display and not for use because they now lie useless. The silicone on other items has bubbles and the hand whisk is peeling off. I'm very disappointed at Hyperli in endorsing an inferior product like this and for not taking responsibility for it. So, both Hyperli and the manufacturer got off scot-free for this unworthy product.

Bought a SilverCrest airfryer. What a useless product and an absolute waste of money. Difficult to open door(u are sure to hurt your fingers). Issues with touch screen, does work properly. Someone shud teach Silvercrest about user interface. Can go ip and down with timer or temperature, have to go all the way round if u go past what u want to set at.

Hyperli Disappointed, angry, frustrated in mystery deal. received a watch that does not work and bracelet that was in pieces ,was certainly bought from a china shop or alike. What is suppose to be electronic was a small purple ring. i bought both his and hers and electronic mystery deal plus paid for courier. I feel like ive been scammed. I would love if these company gets investigated for false advertising. when asked about refund just like everyone else ,,, terms and conditions. Please dont even try buying anything from Hyperli ...its a scam. Order #572797

They mystery voucher was just a scam, cos how does one end up receiving a R30 bracelet that I could have bought at china mall instead for R299 what is worse is that there was also courier fees. Shame on you for scamming people like that

Purchased a spa treatment for what i thought was for 2 people only to real It was for 1 person. Now I am told they will refund me in a voucher. Sorry but can i please have my money back into my account like i had initially paid. What if i will want another product from you 3 years from now since the voucher is only valid for 3 years? Do the right tging and pay me back my money.

Service is pathetic & false advertising DO NOT BUY ITEMS from HYPERLI!!! ordered 2 items from HYPERLI on 15 April 2024 after numerous emails ,logging tickets , going to their instagram page only then I got acknowledged. Not to mention the pompous attitude from Chancel no customer skills. Received my order eventually on the 06 June 2024 completely false advertising nothing to what the deal offered wasted R643 and waiting on a refund, and I hope for your guys sake I get it !!! Everyone should just add their grievances to social media,if I read all this complaints your company should be ashamed to deliver such a service to clients. Cant upload my photos to show you the cheap items I received.

I ordered 2 melton coats from Hyperli on the 11th April 2024 and I still haven't received my order. I have sent numerous emails to them and when I do get a response its either they are having a problem with their supplier ornthe shipment wasnt delivered. Why is Hyperli selling items that's not even in their possession. I was told that it would be delivered this week and the week is coming to an end. The best part is that today I received one of the emails and they are once again advertising the sale of the jackets but yet not fulfilling my order. Pathetic service and false advertising

I placed two orders on the 10th of April 2024. After 10 working days, I followed up and was quoted the maximum delivery time 15 working days. I receive half on one order only. After 15 working days I was assured I would receive a tracking number. Now after 20 working days Hyperli say there is a problem with the supplier and I cannot change the delivery address (we are moving) or get a refund. I can only a gift card. Why would I want to order something again after you could not deliver!

We had the worst experience at Brown Sugar Beauty bar in Craighall JHB. Advertised as a half day spa treatments and a high tea. The room where the massages were done was very small that the beds had to be pushed around while being massaged, This room can only accommodate 1 bed but we booked for 2. The towels on the bed were also wet , yet we were requested to cover with them . The shock was when we requested to use the bathroom , we were told to go outside to the mall. This meant , we had to fully dress into our clothes as there was no gowns to go to the bathroom. The high TEA included a glass of juice , half a sandwich and big corn bites . This was the worst ever experience . The massage room was also very untidy and dirty. This was false advertising and the pics are totally incorrrect😡😡😡

Highly disappointed and would not recommend Hyperli! My boyfriend bought a voucher for my birthday at Shakira spa & lodge through Hyperli, for NOVEMBER (valid for 6 months and expiring soon) After numerous attempts to make a booking the lodge failed to answer multiple times and when they did, the lodge was either fully booked, closed down or bussy with renovations. Bringing this situation forth to Hyperli multiple emails were ignored and told that they can't do anything and faild to supply us with an alternative or refund us, even though the situation is out of our hands.
