Hi Hyperli ORDER #480006 I’ve tried more than 3 times to request a refund I believe it goes through and gives me the a pop up that says : Refund request submitted. Please check your email. But unfortunately I haven’t received any emails to confirm my refund and when I check the order it doesn’t show that I requested a refund. One of your staff member(khanya) emailed me and I gave her all the information but she has since been quiet I’ve emailed her more than twice but she hasn’t replied it’s now been a week and I’ve also just received communication of my order being in transit. I just want my refund. Can you please assist

Is Hyperli still a running business because I m not understanding. Firstly I've been a customer for years and had R120 in my wallet. Suddenly this gets made a voucher. I attempt to log into my account, apparently it no longer exists?? How??? When you just emailed me the voucher a few days ago??? Anyway, I decide to then use my voucher to purchase something because now im getting suspicious. From the day I purchased the headsets I purchased till date I have not received any communication. No tracking number for my order. Nothing. I'm reading reviews and it looks like Hyperli is not a functioning business anymore. All the responses to reviews are copy and paste. I've tried emailing and as you guessed it, no response. What the hell is going on? If you're gonna give me the copy and paste answer, please don't bother.

Good day I bought an Apple iPhone of R3200 on Sunday 21st of May 2023. Later saw it was a pre-owned phone,so i cancelled the order. No reply on my emails or chats,phone number not even ringing. Please refund me this is not small change it's R3200.

I bgt 2 Spa vouchers at seperate partners if Hyperli. The one voucher was for a 50th bday gift. There is no mention of the Spa's name. Their telephone # is null and void. I emailed your company and Khanya responded a day later 'cc' the partner as well. No word or response from either todate after my 2nd email. HYPERLI DO YOU ACTUALLY VET OR CHECKOUT THESE PARTNERS THAT YOU ARE IN BED WITH.... Seems like a scam. Prove me wrong please. I also cannot call your client services 0212029566 or 0210451311... Is there a running business happening??. Thk you. Looking forward to a response

I couldnt access my account, received an email i had to register again and lost the R1499 credit of a refund that was in the wallet tab. Been struggling for just over 2 weeks to make a purchase. Sent follow up emails but to no avail. :(

Delivery takes forever. I placed my order on rhe 10th of April, even today it has not yet been delivered. Their contact number is not going through. This is very frustrating. When I send an email, someone replies and always say the order is being prepared for shipping.😌

Haven't received any communication about my order, it has been a a week now. I am really disappointed in your service, what is worse is that I always recommend you to my loved ones. Please do right and shut down your business if you cannot handle it. Your service sucks, I had even bought items I wanted to cook in my airfryer.

We have order a watch. The money was taken. As all previous complaints state sservice does not happen! Telephone does not even ring. Many problems trying to get hold of this company! We really believe this site is a scam . Anyone who reads this review please do not order anything from them.

I placed an order 3weeks back i have tried to call and find out about my order the number is not going through i left a message online someone was suppose to call me within the next 24hrs its been a week now still waiting. Its the worst customer service as we have paid for products now we have to wait without any explanation what so ever. Its really frustrating as we have paid our money and now we have to chase you guys to deliver, It feels like a scum.Now i cant log into the website to check how far is my order.

Service is very bad. I bought an item a month ago and still even now I am waiting for the item. Their phone is always busy and they do not reply to my emails. I want my refund, I'll buy the item somewhere else where I'll get a good service and good communication

It's been over a month now since I've been waiting for my order. The client service is bad. I want my money back. I've enquired numerous times via email. They are even failing to provide with the supplier details so I can enquire from them.

Worst customer experience I have ever encountered. I ordered something nearly a month ago and still have not received. Not to mention I contacted via phone numerous times and email. NO RESPONSE. I would like a refund as I would rather take my business to a reliable company.

I've been trying to get a refund for weeks now. There is no communication whats-so- ever. Your customer service shows that you do not care about your customers. Your contact number is only there to FOOL us, I've been trying to call for days...even now I've been holding for 10minutes no answer, just listening to music. I am so disappointed with the service its not even funny. Can I get my refund (back into my bank account please) I do not wish to be doing business with you in future. Would not recommend anyone to use hyperli, worst service ever!!!

I ordered on hyperli and I’ve had no communication my order has been on processing. I ordered on Superbalist the same day I ordered on hyperli and I’ve received my package on Superbalist whilst there’s no communication from hyper. I WANT MY ORDER OR GIVE BACK MY MONEY.
