Had the second mattress for around 6 years now and it has completely collapsed in the middle making a comfortable nights sleep impossible. In the process of sending photographs to Hypnia, but reading these reviews on here don't hold up much hope of a quick resolution even though it has a 10 year Warranty. Shame as the first one bought is pristine and has no issues, clearly a manufacturing/design fault with. Only way I will have another is if it is replaced under warranty, certainly won't be purchasing another.

The heavy weight memory foam matress I ordered was the same as one I already had but because of supply problems I had a lightweight one delivered which was no where nere the quality of the one I wanted.

The pillow itself is great, hence I bought another one. It is the customer service I have issues with. The pillow arrived chucked in a box. No label, no wrapping, no invoice, nothing. So, I was hesitating whether to return it or not. My husband talked me into keeping it. So, I removed the cover, washed it and sprayed the pillow with disinfectant hand sanitiser. Put the cover back, told the person, I bought the pillow for what the issue was...and apologized on the company's behalf.

Mattress is fine, but it’s let down by customer service, availability and delivery. After ordering the mattress I was told it was a 4 week lead time (which is in the website if you look hard enough). I waited 4 weeks with no communication, and chased hypnia and was told it would be another 4 weeks. I told hypnia I would be on holiday 4 weeks later and was assured I could specify a delivery date. Anyway, while on holiday I got an email saying the mattress would be delivered, I tried to contact hypnia and the delivery company to rearrange the delivery company and got silence (again). Mattress was then dumped on my doorstep while I was on holiday, which was a real problem. If you don’t need a mattress quickly, and are in all day everyday, hypnia will work for you. Otherwise avoid.

Ordered Xmas 2020. Arrived mid March 2021. Mattress is OK but only told there's a waiting period after order was placed. I wouldn't have ordered it if I had known beforehand and bought from a company that had stock.

Ordered 2 mattresses both the same, one was delivered late but was what we expected and my son seems to like it.. The other one arrived which was of totally different quality to the first..it has been sent back and I am awaiting a refund! I will review again to confirm I have received the refund...

This year has been a real challenge with several supply issues. Due to one of these, we gave a free upgrade to allow her son to have his mattress and We gave 4 pillows for goodwill due to the delay. We were also in the process of replacing the other mattress when Amanda decided she wanted a refund instead and this was duly processed mid-November after the collection had been done.

Not as good as they make out, but better than my last mattress i feel they are over priced

I bought a Mattress cover. Positive: it was dispatched very quickly. Negative: it was inside out and just placed in a box no protective plastic and no instructions as to how to fit. For £66 I expected better

The mattress keeps me cool and supports the body but unfortunately I am finding the mattress a bit too firm and and having aching shoulders.

I recently bought the mattress and thought it would cure all my sleeping issues . I’m 18 years old and have no history of back paid etc . However , the mattress takes a while to get used to and is quite hard. I’ve been waking up with pressure points and pains in my sides and backs due to the firmness . I think eventually it will soften up but if not I’m probably going to have to buy a mattress topper to help it a bit. I’m not saying that is isn’t comfortable, it is ! But it’s just a little too firm at the minute which is causing me to get pressure point pains.

I previously bought a Hypnia pocket sprung latex mattress about 7 years ago which was hands down the best mattress I ever had. I bought another pocket sprung latex mattress from Hypnia recently which I believed would have been very similar to the previous one but it is not. The old one was medium firm, this one is medium and a little softer than my old one, the old one had a latex topper on both sides of the mattress so was turnable, this one is one sided so can't be turned, and I believe it is synthetic as opposed to natural latex like the old one was. I also find this mattress warmer than the other one (probably because it is a different type of latex) and have woken up hot and sweaty on a number of occasions in November - I didn't have this problem with the previous Hypnia mattress. All in all I am dissapointed as the last one was a truly fantastic mattress but sadly I can't say the same about this one. It is okay and not a bad mattress for the money, just that the old one spoilt me as that was a fantastic mattress and I feel that Hypnia like a lot of companies have done some cost cutting to their product as the quality and comfort of the previous mattress was better in my opinion.

Not comfortable at all, to rigid and inflexible, I can feel my wife when roll or get up, when stay on one position for a bit longer when roll over feel like climbing up a heel. Unfortunately I can't send it back.
