“Firstly, I would like to say how pleased we are with our new mattress, it is amazing comfortable and lives upto all the reviews, However getting the mattress was a journey in itself 🤔 We ordered an unusual size being a French Kingsize (shorter than a standard Kingsize), Steven from Hypnos even phoned up to check that we hadn’t made a mistake👍 However even after checking they still managed to send a standard Kingsize 😖 Upon notifying Steven at Hypnia they rapidly sent out the correct one👍 And arranged to collect the wrong one, The new mattress arrived a week latter👍 And the wrong one collected Oh no… upon opening the new mattress we found it was damaged - it had not been glued properly 😡 On the phone again to Steven🤔 Very apologetic, he promised to find us another👍 A few days later, a knock on the door, was it our new mattress? No. It was the original Kingsize coming back again😡😡 this wasn’t accepted and it was sent packing Finally a week later the correct and in damaged Mattress arrives with a couple of free memory foam pillows 😁👍👍 So it all ended up well - thank you Steven in sorting what was a catalog of errors and mistakes”

On this occasion, it took input from our Production & Despatch departments as well as our Delivery partner to make such a comedy of errors in getting the right product to you. We are thankful that you are so impressed with the mattress since that is the thing you will be using for years to come and the delivery debacle will fade as a distant memory over that time. “Bought a mattress topper. Took a while longer than hoped to arrive. Comfortable but sadly has not alleviated a hip problem. Not a negative as that was never guaranteed.”

“Tried other mattresses like nectar , emma ,eve found those way too soft as they were a medium to firm but more like a soft to medium im 17 stone in weight and the hypnia doesn't even have a dent in it as of yet but only been on my bed for two weeks time will tell if it dips or not overall a very good mattress so far i prefer a hard mattress because of back problems”

“I love my new Hypnia mattress and topper. Hypnia was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad they did. The sales service was great. The only concern I have is the slight smell still coming off the mattress. I believe this is called off gassing. It isnt offensive but I thought it would be gone by now.”

“The mattress is fab Please don’t use Tufnell for your delivery They are incompetent and have no customer service. They don’t care if you are working or that the mistake is theirs they just expect you to sit and wait until they get around to it. Please please please choose a delivery service that puts the customer first. I need another mattress but I won’t be asking you, not because of covid, not because of brexit but because the customer is given no notice and expected to be sitting in waiting, even when they take a day off and Tufnell screws it up.”

“We love our new mattress! We have so enjoyed sleeping on it. Although it did take a while to come, we were aware that the lead time was approximately 6 weeks when we ordered and that was fine. We contacted the company a couple of times and they got back to us within about 24 hours both times. Delivery service was really good too and they took our mattress upstairs for us. Very pleased so far and we've had the mattress for about 6 weeks now.”

“I have the super king size mattress, it is now starting to do the same as my old mattress by forming dents where we sleep and have a hill in the middle where no one sleeps a bit disappointed in this other wise comfy mattress.”

“So far I have have comfortable sleep with none of the breaks in sleep due to the mattress. A definately improvement over my previous memory foam mattress”

“I find this mattress very comfortable, my wife does not. Try out a mattress before you buy! It’s very hard to find a bottom sheet that don’t flick off as soon as you move.”

“Although very delayed, and with limited communication from Hypnia as to delivery progress, once the reason for the delay was explained and having spent a night on the topper, I can say it was worth the wait. Great item at a good price.”

“Ordered over a month ago. Supplier issues have caused a delay but I've been kept informed of what is happening at every stage .”
