We bought an expensive mattress 4 yrs ago and the mattress now has dips and just won't bounce back close to original form resulting in back issues and poor sleep for my husband and I .Been chasing Hypnia for 2 months now for resolution as the mattress has a 15 yr warranty .Sent pics and videos as clear evidence.Will never buy from this company again! Absolutely horrendous customer service!

Only had the mattress for 3 years of the 15 year guarantee and parts of the mattress are unsleepable on. It does not support you and you have to use pillows to try and get a good night's sleep. Do not buy this unless you want to buy a new one after a few years. Company is refusing to honour the guarantee, despite sending them photos showing the sag in the mattress is greater than the 10% they request for the guarantee, so would not recommend any company or product where they refuse to correct their own mistakes. Starting legal action against the company.

Do not buy - the mattress we have has sags in parts and provides no support throughout the night after only 3 years. Sections are unsleepable on and if you do roll over into them in the night you wake up with hip / back ache as you’re just laying on compressed layers, so may as well sleep on the floor at that point. Despite sending numerous photos it’s taken 3 months of their “claims department” stringing me along to begin legal action for a refund against the warranty. Do not recommend.

Ordered a pillow recently. I was surprised how quickly it arrived. I must say my delight only lasted until I opened the box. It came in a massive box. No plastic, no price tag, no wrapping, nothing. Just a bare pillow put in a huge cardboard box. I smelled it, because the case was slightly unzipped. It looked like an item that someone ordered and had been returned. It had something like very faint fingerprints on the case. Can I say more? Can I say why wrapping and a price tag is important? Can I say it is a present? Can I say there is still COVID? I took photos and I am happy to send them anywhere and also to upload them. I spoke to my husband and as we checked the foam itself, which looks new and unused, we decided to wash the cover and save us from the hassle of returning it but I am disappointed. I love Hypnia pillows, because we already have 3 of them, but this would be a gift.

Mattress sags, very uncomfortable. Customer services never reply to emails. Tried to return within 100 days but emails went ignored. Worst purchase/ waste of money ever. AVOID.

Not impressed. Buying a new one after less than a year. It’s the most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever owned. Even with rotating it regularly it’s compressed so much it’s solid.

Bought mattress and not happy with it. Contacted customer services told me to send pictures of complaint which I did. Had to phone again as no one responded left message and received a call back, most insensitive gentleman!! who wouldn’t listen to me so want to return mattresses. Only had it 10 days and not even slept on it.

So far my review will be 1 star due to ordering my matress on the 29th of March! It said between 2 to 4 weeks delivery which is fine but by the 23rd I'd not heard anything and would assume that I would get some form of update so I emailed and received a reply saying that I would recieve my matress in the first week of May as theye were slightly behind! I was told by Steven that thats only just over the time delivery date! OK so its late thats fine! Tuesday 4th May is till have no idea when my mattress will arrive so I sent an email asking for any updates, this was just ignored and I had no reply, I have sent another email today and hoping that with this review and my email and as a customer that has paid for an item someone might just be bothered to get back to me! I bought from the Hypnia website and received a mattress made by Southern Foam, not Hypnia, no Hypnia branding, "cooltouch" on the cover, no receipt, no reply to emails.. if you want a southern Foam mattress you can contact them directly and get about 1/3 off the price. I want a full refund for misleading branding and item.

Very uncomfortable worst buy i have made my previous old mattress was much comfier expected mattress to be much firmer but its extremely soft and i cant sleep on it i have to use the floor

Very disappointed. We have received one mattress after a 3 months of waiting and it was faulty. Hypnia sent another one straight away but is was faulty again and it is very soft and it is very different from the first one. We are waking up with terrible back pain. And the cover is different. I have a Hypnia mattress bought a year ago and it is with original Hypnia cover. These two faulty ones are not Hypnia at all or the quality is lower than before. Not happy at all. Do not recommend

we payed by paypal was told 3 weeks after 6 weeks and still no matress was told if would be with us in the next 2 weeks but still no mattress got our money refunded

We worked right through the first lockdown without a hitch, but Sadly during the later restrictions, we have suffered from supply issues at times. Most customers seem to understand the challenging times we are now operating in.

I ordered my mattress in July, and only received it the last week in September, after much chasing and threatening to get a refund through Paypal. Throughout the over two month wait, I received just two form emails from Hypnia apologising for the delay, with no planned shipping dates. Any emails I sent went unanswered, so I must have called Hypnia more than ten times over the two months, and at first was told it would be two weeks, then told that it was one week away from being ready, and then told (twice!) that it would be shipping on the same day I called. Needless to say none of these promises materialised, and it took raising a refund request via Paypal to get my mattress shipped. When it did arrive, it looked nothing like the photo, and had no branding on it whatsoever. When I called about this, I was told there should have been a cover, and that would be shipped out by the end of the week. More than a week later I reopened the Paypal complaint, and lo and behold the cover arrived within a few days. I understand many companies have had trouble sourcing materials due to Covid, but the terrible customer service, the being lied to multiple times, and the constant uphill battle just to get an approximate delivery date, has ruined any faith I might have had in this company. I'm not entirely sure my mattress isn't just from anywhere, but now with a Hypnia cover that I myself had to put on top. Luckily, the solid foam mattress is indeed what I need for my back, so I have got what I needed in the end, but for the stress, frustration, and waste of time, I'd have been better going elsewhere.

Ordered latex hybrid mattress in August 2020, didn't recieve item until October 2020 extremely poor contact throughout. finally received the item, it does not match the description on the website, there is clear and evident dipping either side of the mattress. The mattress came with a stick from a company called AJ FOAM LTD. the mattress is made from 100% and there is NO pocket springs within it what so ever. contacted hypnia multiple times to rectify the situation and provide me with a refund. They are completly ignoring my requests, so please not responding to emails, when I call, just stating they will call back. Currently have a £480 mattress which is faulty and unusable. still having a to use my old mattress. completely and utterly disgusted In this company after having used them previously and had a great experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Shame leaving no stars for a review wasn’t an option. Service and lack of communication is pathetic. Been lied to by the very rude guy on the phone, after having to phone numerous times to try find out what was happening with my order. 6 emails and Facebook messages sent and yet to have a reply. Service is absolutely appalling and Seoul’s definitely recommend shopping else where!

Not a 10 year guarantee as I have found out. It's actually a 5 year guarantee because each year after this period, the cover is reduced by 20% every year. So if your mattress is 8 years and 2 months old like my one, you are now in the ninth year of the guarantee and therefore you would have to pay 80% of the cost for a replacement despite Hypnia accepting my mattress had failed in its quality but only after I sent numerous photos as proof! Also be aware they operate under another company name "sleep tight memory foam" via eBay that hold stock despite Hypnia stating your mattress is made to order. I used to be a fan of Hypnia but when you scratch the surface .............. say no more, you decide !!!

Having not received my mattress and unable to track it I got in touch to be told it was lost and they would make a new one and email me . A few days later not having heard anything I contacted Hypnia again to be told they couldn't fulfill my order . I asked for a refund because as a pensioner I could I'll afford to lose £479 . I was told they would email when it was sorted . Again no email or money . Now you are not even answering calls . Distraught and disappointed .
