The canvases I received were packaged very poorly and I had to return several due to damage. I also had to fix several myself to avoid having to wait on replacements due to a deadline for opening our new clinic. The ink on the canvases comes off very easily if it is scratched or if any type of moisture gets on it. The selection is large and they have some very nice pieces, but the craftsmanship and the way they package the canvases for shipping is abysmal. The canvases are very cheaply made but sold for a decent price, which is why they have no problems replacing the damaged ones for free.

Aside from the quality of the print ordered, everything was OK. The frame was poorly assembled (gaps in joints) and the canvas itself was stretched very loosely. I had planned to coat it in epoxy resin once received, but didn’t due to these 2 things. I would have returned it immediately if it weren’t such an inconvenience. I just won’t buy here again.

I received the canvas quickly but didn't like it so I decided to return it for a refund. This is when the problems started. Firstly, they had no one in the office answering the phones and email responses took at least one week. Once I got a response I was sent a return shipping label and sent back the canvas, expecting to see a refund within 5 businesses days. Imagine my surprise when I was continuing to be charged for a picture I returned. I contacted paypal and gave them the return information. They opened an investigation and within 3 days was able secure a refund. I didn't like the canvas. I didn't like their response time and I didn't like the fact that I had to complain to paypal to get icanvas to issue a refund. I don't recommend this company.

The print has a line down the middle of the image where two pieces of canvas came together.

On the top edge of the canvas about 6 inches wide is white and has no paint. The papers that come with it say there is a 100% quality guarantee and to write to a specific email if there is a problem. It says they will take care of it quickly. I emailed and explained the problem, including a picture of the flaw. That was a week ago. I have had no response whatsoever, emailed again, and nothing. I am disappointed that my $170 canvas picture is damaged like one you would buy at a cheap home goods store. I could have paid a whole lot less to have that quality flaw. The company promises 100% quality guarantee, and then customer service doesn't respond. Not OK. I was thinking of buying another picture, but not if this doesn't get resolved.

Still waiting on my framed heart print that you were suppose to be sending , because the one I was sent was sent with wooden pieces that you put together and not framed.

Awful company. Posted everything, lots of extra charges (£720 worth) and customer care is non existent. Worst consumer experience ever. Avoid!
