“By resending the light I ordered after the delivery person left the first one in the bin without a note saying so and it got 'recycled'! Nice gesture!”

“Rang in with an emergency, car had broken down! I was due to drive to Wales the next day. Nigel was tremendous! He understood my dilemma and was quick to help out. Save me a few quid and assisted with my time constraints. Haven’t expierenced customer service like it. Much obliged Nigel. Will certainly recommend and use Enterprise in the future.”

“Wow! When the light I ordered arrived faulty they arranged for a new one to be sent out for next working day without waiting for the faulty one back. Naturally I'd rather have the light working first, but that's very rare excellent customer service!”

“The light came invery good packaging and it was really nice. However I have to say I was expecting it to not need to be pugged into electricity because of its wording, I think that could be made clearer. Other than that I am very pleased with it”
