“I purchased a very modestly priced floor lamp from Iconiclights. Although the light was not top-notch quality, it certainly represented excellent value-for-money and met requirements in terms of aesthetic appeal. Despite all the national disruption caused by snow, I received the light promptly via next day delivery.”

“I purchased two light shades for my new home. I had conducted some online research to source styles/colours that would suit my decor and found a great one through Iconic Lights. The quality of the product is great and I am very happy with my purchase. There was a defect with one of the fittings so I contacted the customer service team, they responded very quickly and provided an efficient solution for both parties - I would have provided 5 stars if there wasn't a defect, nonetheless great product and an efficient service.”

“The light looks great and arrived quickly. It was slightly difficult to put together because one of the screws did not go fully down however much I tried. I think this was because the holes wouldn't align properly. I thought the light switch would be located more conveniently at the top of the light but it's a standard floor switch which was a bit of a pain and not clear enough in the pictures. The biggest issue was the packaging and the cheap polystyrene seemed to break easily and go all over the place and had to vacuum after. For the price though and the style I cannot complain and am happy with the end result. My living room is finally complete!”

“I am pleased with the lamp that I bought. It was delivered within the 3-5 days as stated. I must say it would have been nice to know nearer the time which day exactly to expect the delivery but as it was free delivery I know I should not complain”

“The fast response from order to completion was excellent. However as I wrote on another response I was disappointed that there were no instructions to go along with the lamp. I do not know what would be a safe time for the lamp to be used without causing ny harm etc. Maybe the instructions were accidentally left out but if not then I suggest it's something which could be addressed in future”
