“I ordered the Vintage Chianti Domed Rattan Wicker Ceiling Pendant which arrived in really good time, really well packaged and was exactly what I wanted. It was in the sale and so was really, really good value for money. Overall, delighted with the product and service from Iconiclights...thanks very much indeed! :-)”

“Pleased delivery of lights arrived in a few days. Unfortunately the bulbs ordered with the lights didn't arrive and had to telephone office. Another parcel due. The bedroom lamps I ordered look really good but are not fitted yet. I hope when fixed up they are as expected, which I am sure they will be. Thank you Iconiclights”

“The lampshades were just what we wanted and very well packaged. Sadly one of them has a tiny chip on the edge. We put them up with the chip on the inside so that it wouldn’t show. If it wasn’t for that we would have scored top marks”

“Lights are good, illuminates very well, but unfortunately one out of four garden spike lights is broken i.e. solar panel has come off and it does not charge day time, so no light at night. The remaining three are good and illuminates very well. I was planning to buy 4 more lights but not at the moment.”

“The light arrived very quickly and was packed well. The only thing I didn’t like was the lampshade that came in 2 pieces. It would have been better if the lampshade itself was one part leaving only 1 seam.”

“Hi - we are very pleased with the lights but after a short while 2 of the 12 supplied are not recharging?? The other 10 are working fine. I've checked the connections but no luck. Can you please advise what to do. Thank you”

“Placed an order bank holiday Friday and it arrived on Wednesday which I thought was pretty good considering. The lamps looks good. Customer service is very good. The wrong bulbs were recommended on the website, have been told this was a system error, as the bulbs were out of stock, they offered a refund on the bulbs.”

“Easy ordering. £5 off first purchase and fast delivery. Thanks. Only slight criticism is that the bulb bought with the spotlight isn't ideal as it protrudes out of the casing and will not sit centrally [but the spotlight was cheap!!]”

“I ordered two outside lights and one light was well packaged and arrived in one piece however the other light wasn't packaged very well and the bulb was broken. I reported this and they sent a replacement out and that arrived in one piece so happy with the customer service.”

“The lamp was exactly as pictured, really good quality and the delivery was very quick. I would have given 5 stars but found not having any instructions was the only negative. I think even a very simple set would we great!”
