“I am impressed with Iconiclights. They have a wonderful range of lighting on offer. The unit I bought from them arrived damaged and they sent out a replacement immediately without any questions. Such a relief! I was expecting a long, drawn-out process involving pictures etc. (you know, we’ve all been there). No, a replacement arrived two days later. Thank you Iconiclights, you may well hear from me again.”

“There was an issue with the item received, first customer service rep we spoke with felt quite uninspiring and the lack of progress prompted us in having to call a second time. This time spoke with someone else that was very quick in solving the problem. We received a replacement next day and now up and running can`t be happier. It proves that you need to speak with the right person to have the issue dealt with asap.”

“I ordered four items from Iconiclights. 1) Football themed bedroom ceiling lampshade - reasonable quality but a couple of the plastic football circles that dangle down are bent. I will try and unbend them using a hairdryer to heat them up and straighten them......gently! 2) Cloud shaped bedroom ceiling lampshade - reasonable quality but the bulb is in contact with part of the shade due to the design. Even with a LED bulb I cannot help to think this is not a good idea! The shape is great and the dangle "crystal" rain drops are a neat touch. 3) Cloud shaped wall light - good quality and sturdy. 4) Picture Frame spot light - Looks great but hums when switch on. This could be down to the fact the light switch is a dimmer. I will swap to a normal switch to see if it makes a difference. Overall, the prices were keen, the delivery was swift, the website easy to use and the choice of lights and fittings is vast. The quality is variable but I guess that in part that is reflected in the price. Overall, I would definitely use Iconiclights again.”

“Recently ordered a few different light shades. Very happy with the Haakon Duel Taper shade and the Alloa basket pendant shade, which arrived promptly and as described. However I ordered a Komett spiral pendant shade not realizing that it comes flat packed and you have to make it using the written instructions. I have tried and tried, my husband has tried but we can not get it to look anything like the photograph, it is so bad we can not use it, I would not have bought it had if I had been aware that you had to make it yourself. It is not clear in the description of the item that this is the case.”

“Very easy and quick service. The lights are not up yet as a present for my daughter and son in law's new home, which they haven't moved into yet. They look good from what we have seen and couldn't fault the service received.”
