“Light arrived and it’s just as good in real life, I’m not quite ready to put it up yet. Coincidentally spotted it on Kirsty and Phil show Love it or List it, it looked really good.”

“The light seems to look good haven’t opened it fully yet as the kitchen is being redone. Customer service was very good however the people they use to deliver their products are very poor not to mention the box was extremely battered even though it says fragile on it.”

“Delivery was speedy (paid 5.95 for express). The lampshade was easy to put together. Sadly the floor lamp is actually tiny (my fault I didn't really read measurements) but when I thought floor lamp I didn't expect to be able to see over the top of it! Annoyingly was sent an email the day after (and 2x since) offering bulbs for £1 - maybe the difference should be refunded as goodwill? Altogether not sure the lamp is worth the combined amount of £35+ but can't fault the website.”

“Placing order was quick and easy. It took some time for delivery confirmation to come through. I was given no date of delivery or time. I took delivery of what I thought was my light to find it was only the base as they came delivered separately which I presumed but not told. When i queried I had only received the base I was told that the light had already been delivered. Which it hadn’t. There seemed to be cross wires at there end. They delivered the light the next day. Apart from the mix up over the delivery, the light is fantastic. I’m so pleased with it.”

“The delivery of the fittings was speedy, the quality is strong (I ordered 4 wall lights that I assumed for £17 would be plastic overall but are a strong solid metal) the wire framed shades were good quality but the welding where each half of the frames meet is very apparent (on a number are not even inline but if you put that wall side you would not notice) the problem is the painting is easily damaged by simple scratches which makes install a delicate operation (all had minor scratches upon delivery) but from a distance is unnoticeable, is prefer a metal external screw for the shade but I guess you can not argue for the price”

“the items arrived flat packed and the gold stripping had to be applied to the grey material and the framing I hadn’t red this anywhere and it had to be adhesived this reflects the price now although the end product looks good probably due to my friends wonderful building skills I would buy from iconic lights again please just to be aware you have to build the shades etc”
