“Payment, delivery and product were all great. Just a bit frustrating ordering. I initially clicked on yes to add a pack of 4 led bulbs to the order but then changed my mind. Couldn't uncheck it, had to come of the site and start again! Apart from that, great.”

“Hello, the company is fine but the tripod lamp I purchased, especially the lamp shade was such a phaff to put together. You needed half a dozen hands. Would not purchase another lamp where the shade comes flat packed. I was not aware it came like that. The lamp once assembled looks nice, but don't look to closely at the shade. Thanks”

“Quick delivery and decent quality for priced paid .Would use again.Only thing l think should be made more clear that lightshades are self assembly and could be a little problematic for some people.”

“Thank you, your service and product are fine, sadly I am afraid the Picture Light doesn't fit in with our system, the power outlets are behind the 'pictures' and your Bracket Light just doesn't fit in with the scheme of things, sadly I will have to make arrangements to return it to you. “The light is lovely and well worth the price, unfortunately I couldn't give a higher rating as the delivery was terrible. I'm currently taking this up with Hermes directly, but to let you know they dropped the parcel, despite it being labelled as fragile, over our 6ft garden fence whilst it was raining. When my husband got home the parcel was soaked but luckily nothing was broken. Not sure if this is a regular occurrence but you may want to change your delivery provider.”

“Perfect low hanging light for above a dining table. Solid copper so doesn't let much light out but will light up your table and create a mood light effect in the room. I live it exactly what I wanted and not a fortune either!”

“Instructions not clear whether it should hang down showing the white cord though. Took the assumption it shouldn't. Looks amazing though. Worth the money.”
