“This shade is beautiful once up. Takes a while to put together and for me the instructions could have been clearer. They don’t tell you that each item that makes up the shade is numbered which would have been useful! I also found fitting the plastic connectors very fiddy. However once done I was very pleased with the finished result, good value aswell as bought at a reduced price.”

“I received my tripod light very quickly thankyou. It is a really nice lamp given the extremely cheap price. It's a bit too rustic looking for me (the legs on the lamp) but for the price I paid, I'm happy”

“Good quick delivery and a very nice quality and finish to the lamp. However, when wanting to buy a bulb for it, it recommended - on the website - an ES bulb...which I bought. Only to find it was a bigger E27 bulb, so £ 6.00 was wasted!”

“Very happy with my tripod lamp. Much cheaper than many other stores/sites. However, when I received it there was minor damage. I called. They sent me a new one the following day. Happy with the service and speed”

“Ordered 3 pairs of lampshades, the photos represented them well, so happy from that perspective. Had a issue with some damage to 3 of the lampshades, the the customer service was top notch. Dealt with very quickly and to my satisfaction. Would buy from Iconiclights again.”

“I loved the concrete lamp bases but was disappointed to find out after I received the product that the shades that came with the product were self assembled. Had I have known this I wouldn’t have bought the product. I have since ordered shades from another retailer.”

“Products always good.Would use these again.Lamps look stunning.However not impressed with couriers!! I paid for next day delivery.They said it was attempted to deliver st 10.10.Was in all day.No card posted through the door.Not the first time Hermes has let me down.Whats the point of paying extra when it does not arrive!!”
