“The 5 lamps I ordered were just what I wanted. Prompt delivery. I got in touch as one of the lamps had a fault and it was replaced straight away. Good customer service”

“I purchased 3 Talisman lamps, one floor lamp and 2 table lamps along with the suggested (‘related’) dimmable light bulbs. Received my order, well packaged- happy with the quality. However, when I assembled the table lamp it turned out to be very bright (it is the one with exposed bulb) - so I Phoned customer service saying that the information on the website”
