“I am pleased with the lamp that I bought. It was delivered within the 3-5 days as stated. I must say it would have been nice to know nearer the time which day exactly to expect the delivery but as it was free delivery I know I should not complain”

“Iconic Lights definitely have a good range at very good prices. Delivery is also good. However my experience with them was marred by their poor customer service when one of the items was missing a part and I needed to return it as a result. The process to find out what was the problem and then try and get a refund was very painful and necessitated a large number of phone calls. I think if you are due a refund they won't actually process it unless you ring and bother them. Also their tracking systems are poor - they found it very hard to find any emails I had sent them and they often asked me who I had spoken to last as there were no notes of a previous interaction with them.”

“The light fitting looks fab & the price was incredibly competitive. Impressive delivery timeframe too! I‘m in the middle of a refurbishment though, so lights haven’t been used yet!”
