“We ordered kitchen spotlights and a bathroom light with bulbs. The bathroom light was faulty but this was very quickly and easily resolved. The replacement arrived yesterday and we're delighted with the service we received. We'd definitely come to Iconic Lights again and highly recommend.”

“The lamp base is beautiful. The light shade is the worst I have ever seen!! Put together with VELCRO and numerous marks. Kept the lamp but had to purchase a replacement shade.”

“Appalling customer service. Just terrible. They sent me a faulty lamp and 4 weeks later I'm still struggling to return it. They take too long to respond and are not giving me workable options for the return. Their products are available elsewhere at similar or cheaper prices so I'd suggest trying other companies.”

“Ordered a lamp with did not look like the photo but because it was not faulty their 'EASY RETURNS' policy meant that I had to send the item back at my own cost = 50% of the cost of the product less the delivery fees they charged me initially. Customer services were unhelpful and quoted their website with no goodwill or compromise offered. IconicLights needs to bring itself into 2018 where its competitors actually do offer easy returns and do not hide clauses in the small print. Such a pain to deal with.”
