“Worst customer service I have ever encountered. 'Computer says no' sort of company. Are not happy to help when things go wrong. I am a now stuck with two table lamps one of which were not as advertised as they refused to exchange one. Frankly dealing with the customer services who could not even start a sentence with a capital was so painful it was not worth the time or effort. Great looking sight and product - terrible customer service! Great shame for an online company to have such shocking levels of service. Would never visit there site again.”

“Lovely looking lamp for a reasonable price, however the lightbulb recomended for this lamp does not fit, thankully managed to use it elsewhere. Should be stated that this requires a golf ball style bulb.”
