“I ordered a floor lamp and when it arrived, was more rose gold than the copper colour in the picture. The lamp was also advertised as 'copper'. I contacted customer services to arrange a return and was advised to organise my own return and pay for it and then I'll be refunded the cost of the lamp but not the return postage costs. I feel the fact that Iconic Lights has 'Easy Returns' boldly stated on their website is very misleading. There is nothing 'Easy' about having to repackage a lamp, find a courier who doesn't charge more than £30, sign up online and print out labels etc and then take the parcel to a collection point and pay £10 for this too! In what way is this an 'Easy Return'? Bad service!”

“Iconic lights had exactly what I was looking for and I was really happy to get quirky, modern and colourful lamps/light shade. The delivery is fast and the items arrived all packaged securely and clearly labelled as fragile. The items had full, easy to follow instructions and the lamps and ceiling shade were easy to assemble. I will be returning to Iconic lights for future purchases.”

“Exactly what I wanted in a bedroom wall light with the extra bonus feature of a usb socket . All the fittings are supplied ie rawlplugs and screws plus instructions,delivery time was excellent.”

“Do not work.. initial impressions were ok, two days later, neither lamp works. Keep tapping but no light appears. Appalling product, they will be returned”
