“Customer service was nothing to be desired! Called up after not receiving my next day delivery parcel only for the person on the other end to be highly combative, arrogant and short tempered, over a very simple question which I asked. Customer service training would be recommended.”

“I have an issue with a sub standard purchase that I received before Christmas. I was hoping that a replacement was being organised after contact with a very helpful customer service man but despite sending two more emails I have yet to hear back on when I should expect to receive my replacement. I really hope I hear something very soon as I like the lamp but just don't want a substandard one. Here's hoping........”

“Express Next Day option selected and paid for, not delivered today. Retailer blames carrier (Hermes), carrier blames retailer. Requested a change of address with retailer, who advised they would call and email the carrier, though nothing has been done!”
