“Lamp was so poorly and cheaply made it didn’t fit together so we had to get the drill out just to assemble it. Very cheap looking, looks like it cost £4 rather than £40.”

“Excellent product at a great price. Unfortunately I had a minor problem and needed to contact the customer service team who dealt with my call and resolved the issue very quickly. I would have no problem in recommending both thr product and the staff and will definitely use again. Thank you”

“I have received the item which was left on my doorstep! Very disappointed as the base of the lava lamp was dented so badly that the bottle had to be forced into the base. Now we have to wait two hours.......”

“Our order arrived but there were parts missing. Unfortunately, as we had just moved house, and things were still in boxes, I didn't check the package within 30 days (which according to them is the period of time you have to report any issues). Yes, that was my fault but the response from Iconic Lights was less than helpful, not particularly friendly and refused point blank to rectify the problem as we had missed the 30 day deadline. It's disappointing that their customer service is so poor, as I'd like to have purchased more from them. Not going to happen now.”
