“The metal frames have only been sprayed with copper on the outside edge - so the rest of the frame is dark grey metal. Not at all the look I wanted.”

“Lack of communication and website allows you to choose next day delivery for items that’s arent available. Still waiting on refund of delivery charge and no tracking number was sent until parcel had already been delivered which I missed the delivery because of the no tracking.”

“I placed an order the day before Christmas Eve. On Christmas Eve I emailed to request that my delivery be changed from next day to the slowest option (and that I be credited with the difference in price). My order was despatched on 27th but my request was ignored, despite my email having been read. I emailed again to address the problem but two weeks later I haven’t had a response.”
