“Terrible, the box was utterly destroyed on arrival and the lamp itself was rusty and scratched. Absolutely unacceptable.”

“I am impressed with Iconiclights. They have a wonderful range of lighting on offer. The unit I bought from them arrived damaged and they sent out a replacement immediately without any questions. Such a relief! I was expecting a long, drawn-out process involving pictures etc. (you know, we’ve all been there). No, a replacement arrived two days later. Thank you Iconiclights, you may well hear from me again.”

“Quick delivery and good quality although I feel the sale price was more appropriate than the full price for the item. Didn't realise you had to construct it yourself, it wasn't too difficult.”

“Ordered my ceiling fan light on Thursday at 5:30pm, selected next day delivery which was only £2 more than standard delivery. Item was delivered by 10:30am next day, brilliant service. Great selection on the website. Will certainly deal with again.”

“So refreshing to experience a company which is a pleasure to find! From ordering from very friendly website to a speedy delivery. Unfortunately one light had a dent but a replacement arrived the next day with no quibble or hassle, very rare! Will definitely recommend this company.”
