“The delivery was efficient and fast and the table lamp base is beautiful but that’s the only positive point to this review.... i ordered a tall standing lamp and a table lamp, both lamp shades were battered, creased and discoloured which made them unusable. The base to the tall standing lamp was also battered and dinted.”

“The item's description was confusing. It was suggesting to order minisun bulb with the lamp i bought, so i thought its coming with the cable bit. I only ended up getting a shade and the bulb but not the actual bit to put the bulb in. I will have to pay another delivery now to buy that piece too.. When i called the customer services and mentioned this, they didn't offer any free delivery but said ''yeah you are right, its confusing'' i would expect them to apologise and offer a solution.”

“My light came broken (even after changing the bulb) and I've now the hassle of printing labels and returning to the post office. I wouldn't recommend this company. Go to a reputable shop.”

“goods recieved all intact and good quality. Only reason marked down is the poor marketing on website that showed photograph of an assumed smokey glass pendant and when recieved it was not smokey colour but plain.. It specified clear glass on written detail but smokey can also be clear (instead of opaque!). Please adjust photos so not confusing other customers.”

“There was an issue with the item received, first customer service rep we spoke with felt quite uninspiring and the lack of progress prompted us in having to call a second time. This time spoke with someone else that was very quick in solving the problem. We received a replacement next day and now up and running can`t be happier. It proves that you need to speak with the right person to have the issue dealt with asap.”

“Didn't realise my drum lampshade was arriving flat packed, nightmare trying to match both sides exactly, would rather pay more for assembled shade., Other than that looks good after multiple attempts to assemble.”
