“I purchased this floor lamp as I was fed up of our dog knocking into the old one and causing the ultra large shade to be dislodged ! The base on this ceramic lamp is narrow as is the shade but the weight of the base is heavy enough to prevent the dog (who is rather like a bull at a gate) from falling over. The light produced is not as bright as a normal standard lamp but suits our purposes. Customer support very helpful. Thanks”

“We ordered a ceiling fan light and screws are missing so you can't fix the blades to the lights. We phoned and are still waiting for the screws to be posted out. Very disappointed.”
