“The lamp base itself is fine but the shade is dreadful - look, quality, functionality. I emailed customer service with feedback, saying it would be better simply not to sell the shade - and as of Sunday still no reply. I wasn’t complaining and I wasn’t after a refund but I courteous response to constructive feedback would have been appreciated.”

“I absolutely love the feel and look of the lights in my kitchen, fits in perfectly - however I feel that when ordering light bulbs this should clearly state that this does not come as a pack, but rather is sold separately as individual lights. As I would have ordered six instead of one, other than that perfect!”
