“Delivery was quick. Unfortunately the lights were damaged in transit however, I spoke to customer services and they sent a replacement the next day. Outstanding service.”

“Really liked my George Monkey table lamp, very good quality and looks fabulous in my living room. Definitely great value for money. Delivery was very quick. Looks great with the MiniSun filament giant globe bulb in amber, which I also got from Iconic lights. Would definitely use this website again.”

“Recently I purchased two lovely light fixtures. Sadly, one light was missing a decorative piece and with the other the parts did not line up to put it together. I wrote the company to explain this and to see if they could send me the missing piece. My email was never directly replied to but sometime later I got an email saying my order was on it's way. I thought perhaps they were sending me the missing piece? Eventually some boxes arrived and to my surprise i found two new lights exactly like the ones i originally ordered! Wow, all the pieces were there and the parts lined up so I could put it together. I was astonished that they would do something like this. I will continue to order light fixtures from them and tell others as well.”

“I am unable to write a review yet because the purchase was the result of a flood from the cold water tank in the loft, while we were on holiday. I can however say that l was really pleased with the speed of the delivery and it looks very good.”
