“There were quite a few lights that I really liked on Iconic Lights. I eventually decided on my favourite and made my purchase. I must say that I am really pleased with the ceiling shade that I bought, and the prices are so good.”

“as ididnt put the house number on the order.when I got in touch you helped me straight away, the only thing with this item I found it diffulcult to assemble the shade,it took a while but I buckled it a bit”

“My lamp arrived with a fairly sizeable dent in one of the shades, which I didn’t notice until I’d finished putting the whole this together. I emailed the customer service team to ask if I could send back the damaged shade for a replacement, rather than dismantle and repack the whole thing. The next morning I had an email apologising and saying a replacement shade had been dispatched. It arrived the next day in pristine condition. Now THAT’S how you do customer service!! Brilliant, and the lamp is great.”
