“I have kept this lamp purely for the reason that I would be out of pocket by sending it back. I purchased this lamp before from another seller, had I known it was the same one I wouldn't have bought it. It looks good when it is up, but doesn't last long given the construction of the shade. I feel that it should be made clear in the description about exactly how the shade is delivered and how it's basically velcro that holds it together. It is not substantial and certainly not value for money. My bad though for not picking up that it was a Mini Sun product. Not a fan.”

“1st shade arrived bashed, as it was squeezed into a box which was too neat in size. I tele customer services, stressing box was wrong size, but sadly my comments were ignored , and when the replacement was sent was also damaged. Would not use website again Refund claimed immediately.”

“Very pleased with the fast delivery and the kitchen spotlights I ordered look stylish. The under cupboard lighting would not stick/stay up but was sorted easily enough with a roll of double sided carpet tape and they look great.”

“I purchased two light shades for my new home. I had conducted some online research to source styles/colours that would suit my decor and found a great one through Iconic Lights. The quality of the product is great and I am very happy with my purchase. There was a defect with one of the fittings so I contacted the customer service team, they responded very quickly and provided an efficient solution for both parties - I would have provided 5 stars if there wasn't a defect, nonetheless great product and an efficient service.”

“The products appear to be good, the communication 'poor' they send emails from an email address asking questions of me, yet when I reply on there incoming email the dont accept emails and message is rejected, and returned to me, Contact is even when you tick box saying 'I am not a Robot' that fails too, why dont they want replies when they send emails out?”

“I was really looking forward to getting two of these lights. When they arrived, they had the main light fitting in each box but both were missing the shade part of the fitting. When I contacted Iconic Lights I was told they were now out of stock so I have had to organise to be around to get the boxes picked up again and I've ended up with no lights!”
