“The customer service was outstanding As I enquirer about a light fighting that was out of stock the gentleman said he would call me once back in and that he did. So we ordered them on the Saturday morning for them to arrive Monday absolutely fabulous. The lights themselves were incredible and superb quality”

“Return charge not acceptable I should not have to pay for the lamps return as they are no good. Item not as displayed on website. Giving false image of actual size of Jaigeir bedside lamps. I would not recommend this company”

“The lights arrived quickly and well packaged. And the products were of a high quality. There was an error with the order but it was quickly resolved with a call to customer services (the advisor was not that friendly but maybe caught her on a bad day?). Would definitely order again. Thanks!”

“Waited in a full day for delivery after customer services advised second attempted delivery would be made that day by Hermes. DIY lampshade delivered yes, floor lamp not. Hermes delivery guy stated he had attempted three times, Iconic Lights stated attempted delivery only twice, including that said day. Have had issues previously with Hermes delivery and choose not to do business with companies who use them. Customers Services were efficient and offered DPD delivery but I have decided not to waste another day awaiting a delivery and further time putting together a DIY lampshade. Seems there's a lot of DIY lampshades with Iconic. Shame.”

“Good product delivered in good time and well packaged. The lamp is very good and I used the recommended bulb a 6W LED cool white which gives excellent lighting and does not generate heat. Overall highly delighted with both product and supplier and would recommend both.”

“I am still waiting for my lights which I ordered 10 days ago on a next day delivery. Multiple emails back and forth at first showed promise that my items had been re sent out to me. But still no sign and not a lot of effort being made to speed this up. I have had an apology but it dosnt really help if I needed my lights 7 days ago.”

“These lovely lamps are very pretty, marbled affect glass with rose gold bases. They are able to be dimmed by a simple touch to the base and at brightest are very bright. They are small so take up no room on our bedside cabinets but look really classy.”
