“I ordered a black tripod floor lamp but there had been a problem during processing of the order, which had delayed delivery. However, on discovery of the issue the company dealt with it immediately and scheduled my lamp for next day delivery. Excellent customer service at reasonable prices. I’d highly recommend.”

“The light is gorgeous but actually shorter than i realised. Instructions are not so helpful. A fair bit of guess work to get it right. They also recommended buying bulbs with it so i just clicked on them and they're the bright white bulbs and I'd prefer warmer so just be careful what you order. Other than that the light is great and arrived super quick.”

“The lamp I ordered (grey dubose floor lamp) does not state that is self assembly, to the extent that you actually construct the shade itself- it comes as two pieces of material that you stick together and attach to the metal rings. The base is not straightforward either with tiny screws and excess wire that you have to feed through. The instructions are absolutely woeful! Definitely a two person job and you probably need about an hour to figure it out and get it right (we did on our third attempt). Item is totally mis-sold in my view by iconic lights.”

“I paid extra for next day delivery which still didn’t arrive. When I spoke to someone on the phone they were very rude and when I put in a complaint I was supposed to be contacted in 24 hours and it’s been a week and I’ve heard nothing bad. Very bad service”
