“It looks a bit flimsy, but other than that it is as advertized. One of the legs arrived broken but after contacting customer service, they sent me a replacement part right away. Happy customer.”

“Ordered 2 of the same ceiling shades in different colours, black/ grey & purple/ cream. Delivery was fast & I'm really pleased with the shades, they look absolutely lovely & eye catching when you walk in the room. :)”

“We had a small problem with the light we ordered, one of the 3 legs was missing from the box. A quick call to the office number was answered by a real person who solved the problem, a replacement leg arrived a couple of days later. Great customer service and great product.”

“I contacted them on the phone and felt that the person I was talking to, wasn't helpful. Plus he said he would contact me the next day to let me know some measurements but he never did. The order I placed arrived quickly which was good. The Sakura tree I bought has a very poor base so it is rather unstable. But looks beautiful alight at night once one finds a way to secure the base without the need to screw the big bolts.”
