“The floor lamp solved a problem where we needed a light over a table but didn't have electrical access for a traditional ceiling light. We can walk under it easily. The arm does adjust to sit in place. It is also brilliant quality. I don't know how you do it for the money. Fabulous...real talking point!”

“I was extremely disappointed with my purchase from icon lights. While the pendant light in the image looked great, what arrived in the packet was not! Although delivery was prompt and efficient the product was, to be frank, a disgrace. There are about 100 pieces of the cheapest plastic tat to assemble. It would take hours. I may do it as a craft project with one of the kids but I certainly won't be putting the lamp up. Not impressed AT ALL. In fact I would appreciate a full refund.”

“Ordered some decorative twig lights which arrived very quickly. Unfortunately two of the bulbs were not working but this was rectified with no problems and we were sent a new set straight away. Very good customer service.”

“Super quick delivery. In fact my lamp shades were delivered within 24hrs of ordering. The reason I am pretty unhappy is because one of the welds on the lamp shade was broken and also when I tightened the lock ring, the plastic price that holds it in place is not big enough and just falls out therefore the lights look good but unfortunately are completely impractical.”

“I ordered the lamp (green library type desk lamp) and when received it, the shade was plastic not glass. I didn't not expect the plastic shade as it was not mentioned in the description that it comes with the plastic shade (who would think its not going to be a glass).”
