“It's a good chandelier. Quite similar to the original. The arm joins needs more attention to make it look as the picture.”

“The lights are fantastic-really brilliant quality for the price. My only issue was that I ordered them on a Tuesday after midday, paid next day deliver knowing I'd get them on Thursday when I was at home. The lights didn't arrived. I contacted customer services and the email replies I received were slightly rude as there was no apology or acknowledgement for the delay. I had to ask for a refund for the delivery cost which I have been given but again no acknowledgment that there was a problem-I felt a bit like it was my fault rather than an error. I totally accept delays/issues arise but a simple 'we apologise for any inconvenience' would have been appreciated.”

“Nice lights and look as advertised however paid for next day delivery as has an electrician booked. They arrived two days after ordering. Not ideal. Got a refund but wasn't really offered an apology or explanation. Poor service.”

“Very quick service, product arrived well packed so no danger of damage. My shade was self assembly ( I hadn't realised this) which was easy to do. Overall very pleased and would use this company again.”

“Very quick and easy order process. We were very impressed with the quality of the light shades, especially as they were so reasonably priced and with free delivery. Ordered about 11am and they arrived via courier at lunch time the next day. Excellent service, we would purchase from you again.”

“Very easy online order process and my lights were despatched on 3 occasions the very next day. The products are sturdy and trendy and are very reasonably priced compared to other companies....I would not Hesitate to order all of my light fittings from them in future. I have already recommended them highly to friends and family. So glad I found them!!”

“I ordered 2 metal pendant lamps in different colours which arrived quickly. Unfortunately the blue one was the wrong shade of blue. This was dealt with professionally and the replacement was sent out quickly - they also collected the original one which was great. They are both up and hanging now and look fab!”

“shade much smaller than I expected,but fine. however modern pseudo flouro bulbs are ,which to some degree spoils the cafe style effectvery long and tend to drop a lot lower”

“Love the lights, especially the colour! You do have to assemble the lights as they come flat packed. But for the price, the quality is fantastic! Prompt delievery and great communication. Would definitely use company again! Happy customer ????”
