“I did not realise that the shade was self-assembly, my partner has been trying to put it together since it arrived (he is normally good at this sort of thing.) Once you slide one piece in, the other comes out, he thinks that the grooves are too short to hold the panels, also the panel shapes are not quite right, as they don't stay curved as in the photo. It would be an attractive shade if we can ever get it assembled!”

“The parcel arrived very quickly after ordering, but I would have liked an email to advise me of its dispatch and tracking information, so that I knew when to expect it. I am pleased with the appearance of the lamp with certain provisos. I was expecting the lamp to provide all round lighting, but most of the light goes downwards rather than upwards. Therefore it would be better if it were 10-20 cm taller. I found it rather fiddly to assemble the middle section of the shade. It should be secured in place with 3 tiny screws, but when tightening the third one the shade popped out and would not sit flat on top of its frame. I tried loosening all of the screws several times and starting again, but eventually gave up so it is not secured properly. The instructions are poor and difficult to read, but fortunately the assembly was fairly intuitive.”

“I love the lamp, I have recieved. It looks like the pitcure and works perfectly. One complain I have is that the top circle of the glass was not cut with due care and the ages are not smooth. But it doen't show feom most engle and I will have to remember not to touch it”

“Bubble Fish light with remote, bought for my Grandsons for Easter, eldest one who has just turned 3 has sensory problems, kept him amused for hours and soon mastered the remote. Great delivery, great product , great service, such good value and the remote control a bonus. Thank you so much”

“The Item I ordered was not the size stated. They item was priced at £14.99 and it has cost me £11.99 to return by post. Iconiclights have confirmed they will not refund me for the postage, I am never using them again. Shockingly bad customer service.”
