“I haven’t received my order yet. It was supposed to have been delivered on Tuesday? Still waiting. I need them ASAP for my daughters wedding next weekend”

“The label i ordered was for a 750ml bottle, and i received a 3in x 3in sticker. Icustomlabel should know the size of labels for the bottle requested.”

“These stickers do not seem to be vinyl as described (if they are, they are so cheap that they seem just like paper). They also did not color-match the font to my image when printing, so the blues are mismatched and the label looks extremely cheap. Would not recommend as there is no design review process by their team prior to printing.”

“I specifically asked if the print color would be visible w/the background color. They assured me it would be. I received the cigar bands and CANNOT read/see the text. I am waiting on their solution. Hopefully they can rectify this or return my money.”

“Wasn't very helpful to senior. I didn't understand. They printed labels from picture summit. I thought they would make a template from picture and then print labels. My mistake won't purchase labels from icustomlabels again.”

“I'm still waiting for the item to arrive. It seems it made its way to my home in Brooklyn and then was somehow routed to Pennsylvania. I've tried in vain to get someone to help.”

“When I created my labels it said it would ship in 1-2 days. Only after I had completed my purchase did I get a notification that I would not receive my labels for 9-12 business days. It has been 7 business days and my package still has not even shipped. Horrible misleading customer service. I called and was told there is nothing to be done. The labels were completed within one day. Why wouldn’t they be shipped immediately??”

“I had expected my label to be “gold foil” as the was the title. It’s just printer paper with yellow printing. Looks cheap. Could have made at home.”

“the gold color in the stock image and the proof that was sent before approval looks like the gold-foil you would see on an actual cigar ring. the cigar rings I received are a poor attempt at replicating this with a yellowish-gold print. Also, when the rings are removed from the print sheet, there are little white tabs that remain on the cigar ring that make it look very cheap. I will not be using these, and was very disappointed in the difference in how the proof looks versus the actual product.”

“I ordered a wine label on August 22 and still have not received it. With today’s electronics and mailing system I feel that a week is too long. I have not gotten my mail yet today so hopefully it will be here. It is for a retirement party for next week and will be very upset if it’s not here. Told other people about your sight but may have spoken too soon.”

“The labels were not on the matchbox and the writing on the label is horrible. I will not recommend you to anyone! I am so very disappointed.”
