“I received my item Friday the 24th. I got the completely wrong item. I emailed the company three times and called and left voicemails... yet no response. I even stated mistakes happen just make it right.. but now i just want my money back! This is a business and to ignore a paying customer, when the company messed up is just unprofessional and I will be contacting the BBB. The pic below is what I ordered a frosted background with white writing the pic underneath is whatbi got a gold one.”

“I have not received my labels yet! I tried to reach out to customer service, without any answers. My special event came and I had to do something else to replace the label. It shouldn’t take over a week to get a paper label! Will not order from iCustomLabels again. Buyer beware!”

“The initial order process was very easy, the website was simple enough to navigate on my smartphone as well as checkout, but delivery on the other hand caused me problems. Thankfully, I received my order just in time for my event but unfortunately it’s arrival was what lacked to be desired. The package arrived torn, damp, as well as my labels located inside. I was unable to use them for my event and I am currently awaiting an email response from icustomelabel regarding a refund. I will not be using this website in the further for any of my label needs if this is not corrected.”

“Reason for this star is because they weren’t what I excepted I thought they would be clear an come in the same sizes as all the bottles instead it was one size of all bottles an I bought gallons not only that but they were made silver instead of clear with black words”

“Item was returned to you which I would have thought we could have easily resent, but after numerous 4x attempts to contact you with no response, I’ve given up. I was so excited for this gift to get to my granddaughter so I’m super disappointed in your Customer Service”

“Basically, the tiniest font used made the labels illegible and impossible to read. There should be a default for the amount of characters used & size of font. The custom labels I ordered are useless.”
