“It's hard to write a review when we have not received half our order nearly 5 months after it was supposed to arrive. Thank goodness it's a set of drawers we are waiting for an not a cot. We would have had to ditch the incy one and purchase another brand as our baby would have no where to sleep right now having needed to transition from the bassinet. The cot we did get is nice. The mattress is quite lumpy so I'd recommend buying a mattress from elsewhere. The issue with this company is that they don't seem to have any stock in Australia. Covid is not there fault so I accept the delays in relation to that but our projected delivery date is now and April for something we ordered in August. It's not good enough. Communication has been ok, but it's taken until now to get an agreement to have our expensive delivery fee refunded (though this has not yet been processed after a week). Incy keep offering store credit but I will not be ordering from them again.”

“Item was late in arriving and then when it did turn up I was shocked by the poor quality of the drawers. Very flimsy and do not easily glide on runners. One doesn’t shut properly. Will never buy your products again, very disappointed.”

“So far I have received my conversion kit and the rocking chair. The rocking chair is absolutely gorgeous, it definitely exceeded my expectations. As for the conversion kit, all I can say is I’m extremely excited to receive the rose gold cot now that I have a glimpse of what it will look like!”

“I am so happy with my Incy beds. We have three boys and I’ve bought the Ralph and Louise beds...they are amazing!!! The boys love them and so do I. They look super trendy and match any decor. We had a really lovely customer service experience, with very friendly and efficient staff. 10 Stars for me!!!!”

“Pre ordered my Oscar matte black cot in October for delivery late Feb, ended up receiving it just before Christmas! Super stoked with the service received and quality of the cot, also purchased the toddler bed converter and mattress. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Thank you”

“The products are fantastic. The beds are so beautiful but the long delivery time is very poor. For future purchases I wouldn’t buy anything that was not currently in stock as waiting 6 months for a bed I have already paid for is unacceptable.”
