“Great place to get ur best workout on! I hated working out till I became a member here and now I love this! really enjoy everyone even when I miss some classes its nice that people notice and motivate me :) and the best part is that they keep the place so clean!!!”

“I LOVE ILoveKickBoxing - Whitehall! I have never been a gym person b/c I honestly have no idea what i'm doing haha! In class, the instructors motivate you to keep pushing and provide modifications for any exercise. After only a couple months I upgraded my plan to unlimited b/c I can't get enough of this great class! I highly recommend ILoveKickBoxing to anyone who wants to push themselves to be the best self they can be in this amazing group that is like family!”

“ILoveKickboxing Poway workouts are the most FUN & most EFFECTIVE workouts I’ve ever tried (& I’ve tried just about everything!) I’ve lost nearly 20 lbs already in less than 2 months! I’m thrilled with the results so far & I’m so happy I gave ILoveKickboxing a try! With a welcoming studio, friendly members & motivational, caring staff, class has quickly become my favorite hour of the day!”

“ILKB-Walnut Creek has been an amazing atmosphere! I have tried many different "group" settings in gyms and have never felt more supported than I do at ILKB! Everyone is so helpful and really care about your success! I'm a big question person and all of the coaches are very patient and answer all of the questions that I have!”

“Please consider joining the best gym in fed way.. One that supports your goals.. It's fitness kickboxing.. You punch n kick the fat off.. A little bit HIIT cardio a little stretching, some one on one team skills drills and a ton of fun.. 60 minutes of fat blasting with a caring instructor team that is second to none.. Honestly the best fitness workout ever.. Never boring.. Very addictive and results proven.”

“Everett, WA ILKB-I really enjoying kickboxing at ILKB! I started off with the 3 class trial with the free gloves and then decided kickboxing was the best way to lose weight alongside with my twin brother. Its been almost been a month since my brother and I became an official members. We are now seeing results! We are slowly losing weight and being more conscious of what we eat. We try to go 3-4 times a week. I really enjoy coming to class because all the instructors are so kind, supportive, and motivating. Would recommend to those who need motivation to exercise or wanting a new different kind of exercising experience. Kickboxing is what I look forward at the end of a busy day and really helped me cope with stress I have at school. I have never sweat as much in my life until I went to ILKB.”

“My experience with Ilovekickboxing Tacoma has been 5 stars. The staff is always positive, and the workouts are challenging. The instructors do a great job at making the workout challenging, yet the time flies by quickly. I highly recommend giving Ilovekickboxing Tacoma a try!”
