“AMAZING KICKBOXING CLASSES First off, each trainer takes their time when going over the moves. They explain the technique and how fast and hard you should be punching. The warm up is incredible and gets you excited to workout. The music is even better, they play everything and anything which helps you stay motivated. Along with the class being excellent, Ilovekickboxing offers a variety of class times, so you can go early in the morning and later in the night. The mats and bathrooms are always clean. “I bought five class promotion for ilovekickboxing, in redondo beach several months ago. I just had not been able to schedule a class. I finally decided that in May I would turn up my cardio change my regular workouts. I scheduled my first class May 1st. At the end of the class I was dripping in sweat, pumped up and completely in love with Kickboxing and I became a member at the end of my First class. The team of instructors and staff are Just amazing. Aaron modified some of the class moves For me as I’m currently in PT and that just made my workout specific to my needs ,but pushed me in all different ways. I’m so glad I joined and I am challenging my body and mind to more. Three classes in and I’m hooked.Everyone has been so nice and truly encouraging. It’s like family but you like everyone. Hooked for life. Redondo Beach ilovekickboxing is the place to be if you want to make a change in your health both mind body and it’s good for the soul.”
