“So, it's been a little over a month now that I have been kickboxing at the Federal Way, WA base and I got to tell you, it has been a big CHANGE in my life after many years of no "workout" and no "health" changing plans. The Federal Way area has such upbeat and positive atmosphere, that I immediately felt the "urge" to want to come back, so yes, I signed up my first day after my first class! The instructors are awesome, and I love the music! I normally attend the morning classes because of work, so I love that the music is able to WAKE me up but in that "healthy" choice mood! Even the members motivation inspire myself to stay on the positive note, that it's a healthy fun plan for a healthy life! What other workout can I signup for that is convenient; and full of fun music, fun instructors, and fun environment! Our Federal Way, WA iLoveKickboxing! !”

“Recently joined the Bartlett, TN location and let me say: I Love love love it. It is truly for every body. Each trainer works with you and helps you modify exercises. They push you but aren't pushy. They are fun, exciting people that never make you feel judged our that you are somehow "less" because of your size. They truly want to help each person gain healthy, happy lives and reach their fitness goals. They even remember your motivations, your goals, and where you want to go from day to day to help keep you on track. I can't wait for my next class!!!”

“I started I love Kickboxing at the end of August 2017 and it has been the best decision I have ever made. I have already started seeing a transformation with my body. I have met the nicest people and the coaches are the best. Thank you I love Kickboxing !!!”

“I love this place! Its very clean and the staff is great they make you feel like family as soon as you walk into the door. I have been going since June and I have so much more energy, I consider this my "ME" time I think its a perfect opportunity for moms to get a break.. If you consider burning 1000 an hour a break.”

“When I started IloveKickboxing, I feel like it was the best investment ever. With me having "Tendentious" in both knees and I thought my knees were going to get worse, but actually, they've gotten better. Ilovekickiboing staff has "Modified" workouts that are as effective as the ones, that others with good knees can do as well. When I started Kickboxing, the first month I lost 7 lbs in 1 month and that's when I knew I made the right decision. The staff in Columbus, GA is great, we're family and I wouldn't trade them for nothing. Thank You, Ilovekickboxing Columbus, GA, you have really change my life and the way "EAT" into a positive direction!!! Much Love, Leighann B.”

“Working out in the gym did NOT cut it for me, I was looking for a fun, motivating way to lose weight and get in the best shape I can. Ilkb had me hooked from the first day and now I can't imagine not kickboxing. The staff is so awesome and I felt so comfortable! 100% recommend ilkb!”

“I had tried so many different ways to get fit. I joined a gym, I tried downloading workout apps, I tried working out on my own at home, etc. but none of those had been as effective as joining ILKB. The staff is amazing, the people are friendly it just motivates you to keep going back. The workouts are fun especially the bag drills!! I feel accomplished, happier, and so much stronger after each and every class. The different challenges keep you on track and help you get to your fitness goals. I absolutely love it!!”

“From the moment my first class finished I was hooked! The bumping music, the awesome knowledge of the friendly instructors, the encouragement of my fellow classmates, and most important the sweat dripping from my brow! This is one of the best workouts I have had in a long while, and I have played competitive sports for decades now. These classes are empowering, and make me feel like strong, like I can accomplish anything I put my mind to. I can’t say enough about how much I love my ILKB gym in Federal Way, and how happy I am to have found it!”

“ilovekickboxing is one of the best workout classes I’ve ever taken! I signed up at the Gig Harbor location and they did not disappoint! I needed a workout to push me harder than I push myself, and this was the perfect thing for that! The staff has been so helpful and friendly. Brooke and Nelson really know how to keep you motivated while kicking your butt! I highly recommend trying it out!”

“I love kick boxing dix hills has CHANGED the way i look at workouts!!!!! I am usually such a gym hopper and get bored really fast but i have been coming to ilkb for a little over a month now and it is something i am genuinely excited for each day. that truly says alot for me!!!! So so worth it!”
