“I feel taken care of by I Love Linen. There's something personal about email correspondence that makes me feel listened to. I also am happy that when I ask a question, it's responded to in a timely fashion by a real person. This brand feels luxurious to me, but still within my budget. For me, it's the little things, and I Love Linen seems to care about them, too.”

“The products are beautiful and, as much as they care about their linen, they also care about their customers. My order was delayed and they reached out regularly to keep me informed and offer me alternatives. Their customer service is incredible and I am definitely a long term customer. Thank you”

“I went to I Love Linen after staying at the Byron Beach Abodes and finding out that they are one of the Abodes linen favourites. They are extremely comfortable, so much so that my Pomeranian likes to sleep on the pillow cases as well. I would recommend these to anyone who is looking for a stylish and comforting sleep - it’s like a holiday in your own home every night of the year!”

“I love how thick and luscious my linen is to crawl into at night now, feels so much nicer than regular cold sheets. The only problem I have is that I have to stop myself from buying more! Really well made, great colours, definitely recommend!”

“Product itself is great. But took close to 2 months to arrive. Poor communication - i had to follow up on the wait time myself. I received a nice email back, but it had no explanation for the wait or likely arrival. When I asked for clarity I didn’t get a response.”

“Your Instagram page makes me want to buy EVERYTHING! So when the chance came to get a free set of pillow cases with my quilt cover, I jumped at the chance! The trickiest part was deciding on which colour to pick-they're all so lovely!”

“I have purchased a few linen quilts from other company’s and they have shrunk, and not lasted. I am in LOVE with I love linen, they wash well, and have no shrunk at all. I can’t wait to purchase more!”

“I am trying to impress a boy in my life and I thought I'd upgrade my bedroom linen to an earthy, cosy vibe to reflect the relaxed and chic person I like to think that I am. The instagram of I Love Linen caught my eye a long while ago and I find myself regularly saving their inspo posts, so I head online and in a few minutes, I have selected the Creme Quilt Cover set with pillowcases and feeling excited for my life. After that purchase, I found myself logging on a second time to purchase the Sienna sheet set and I am feeling fine since my bedroom life is about to be aesthetically complete. A couple of days after the purchase, I received emails from Lauren at the store, reaching out and letting me know there was a slight delay with my sheet set delivery and Lauren offered me an optional upgrade for my trouble. It was so nice to receive a personal email rather than a auto-email, and I really appreciated I Love Linen's prompt communication and proposed solutions. The correspondence was easy and so pleasant, which is basically how my experience with the company has bee n altogether. The quilt set has arrived and is looking amazing on my bed. Fingers crossed the right person notices but at least if not I can cry in my gorgeous new linen adorned bed.”

“Absolutely love the the double sided linen, allowing me to have the darker colour for winter and flip to the lighter for summer. Great material and feel and provides great colour to the space!”
