“I ordered a sheet set asap after visiting an airBnB that used I love linen, it’s the most I’ve ever spent on sheets but it was worth every penny! They’re such good quality and they look amazing! 10/10 recommend”

“Within 2 years of purchase, the linen sheets had a huge rip in them, despite only using them for probably less than half that time as I switch out with my Brooklinen brand I’ve had 4+ years with no issues. Reached out to customer service that offered 30% on a new set of sheets, then let me know that code won’t work for months while they had their summer sale.. so what even was the point.. either I wait and buy it for more than it costs now with summer sale using their “special discount” or I buy it now for same price as everyone even though I already paid $600 for a complete set.. I was encouraged to reach out to them because a friend who ripped their Brooklinen and admitted to the company it was their fault, but asked if they can help received a full sheet set replacement for free as a courtesy for being a loyal customer, and I thought given how expensive I love linen is they may also treat loyal customers similarly. Sorry to say I’ve had a couple of people since this incident as me what brand I recommend and i told them to stay away from I love linen.”

“Excellent quality, very comfortable, white sheets do not yellow or stain with use. Linen purchased some years ago still looks fresh. Highly recommend!”
