“After I made silly mistakes in my order, the customer service team at ilovelinen were so patient, kind and responsive in helping me to rectify my own error. I ordered on pre-order and right on schedule I received my topper, pillows, duvet and cotton bed linen from the hotel collection plus 2 linen pillowcases. They're honestly game changing. My bed feels completely new, and the sheets are exactly as described, soft, luxurious and smooth. I couldn't be happier with the purchase, and love our new linen pillowcases too. Next purchase, I am looking forward to trying out a full linen bed set to add into our rotation and even some of the women's sets. ilovelinen will be my go-to linen provider here on.”
