“I purchased a french flax linen fitted sheet queen size and a french flax linen quily cover set for a total of $426 from their website. The product arrived and I tried it and it irritated my skin and was super uncomfortable. I only used it for a couple of nights maximum. When I reported this to the company they did not care at all and told me that I wasn't eligible for a refund or a store credit and there's nothing they could do at all. I tried to explain to them the situation but yet they did not offer me any refund, they claimed they cannot because the product was used. I explained to them that almost every online mattress company offers 100 to 365 night trial of their mattress and even though they cannot sell them again, they offer a full refund if you do not like the mattress for whatever reason. $426 is a lot for sheets, if they are confident in their product and they make enough sales shouldn't they offer refunds to consumers who don't end up agreeing with it? It irritated my skin and made me sweaty and uncomfortable, it didn't agree with me at all. Is there no protection at all for consumers like me? How many people have been fooled or lost money because of this. How are you meant to know without trying how it feel or how your skin will react to it? So once you try it that's it, you lose hundreds of dollars? How come the mattress companies who charge a lot more and have a much more costly product don't need to do that and offer you a return on their products?”

While we understand linen was not for you and you developed a reaction to the fabric, this unfortunately does not fall within our manufacturing fault return policy as the items had been slept in and were not in condition to be resold, in this case there was also no fault with the items. We state on our website that we require bedding to be in original folded condition to be returned as we want to ensure all of our valued customers know they are purchasing brand new and unused linen. “We discovered I love linen when we recently house sat for a friend who had these sheets and covers on our bed…absolute heaven!! The colours are true, the fabric is soft and washes really well. The delivery is extra special and we are so happy with our new sets, so much we intend to purchase more for our children’s rooms also. Thank you 😊”

“I Love Linen sheets are the best quality and longest lasting linen sheets I’ve owned. (And I’ve tried a few!) The pillowcases are well designed with midline envelope closure that actually means your cover stays on the pillow, instead of flopping off like most brands. The tie closures on the doona cover are also superior to buttons, much better suited to the structure of linen. The fitted sheets wear out first, so I love that you can buy all the sheet parts separately (not just in sets). Highly recommend all the linen bedding from I Love Linen.”
