“Love these sheets! We have them on our bed & our spare, and our guests keep asking where we got them from. Super soft & love the colour combos, the ties at the bottom of the doona are cute too.”

“Very happy return customer! I’ve purchased a few sets over the last few years, and cannot fault the quality of these gorgeous products! Easy to wash and care for, don’t loose their ‘new’ linen feel and so many different colours and styles to choose from - what a bonus! Will continue to buy my linen from here for years to come!”

“I've bought linens from here before but it was my first time purchasing their fitted sheet to add to my linen rotation. Not sure if it's just their fitted sheet but the amount of shedding is insane!! I have many other "stone washed" linen brands too but never experienced this much shedding despite washing numerous times and following their care guide per customer service. If they think washing it many times is going to get rid of much shedding, why don't they do that themselves before sending it out to the customers. But of course their advice wasn't helpful and I'm left with this linen I'd rather not use. Don't waste your money like I did unless you don't mind having your entire bedroom covered in loose fibers despite vacuuming it up every day.”

Hello Minhee, Thanks for taking the time to share your recent experience. We are sorry to hear of your disappointment and would like the opportunity to resolve your issue to the best of our ability. Are you able to let us know which other Stone washed brands you have tried? We would love to pass this information on to our head of product to investigate further :) Our process of Stonewashing may cause excess fibers that will come off the fabric which, rest assured, is a normal process and does not degrade your beautiful linen or mean that it is damaged. Linen as a fiber is also known for shedding more than other fabrics. I can see we last contacted you on the 14th of this month? and would love to hear how many times this has been washed and tumble-dried since to further understand and try to resolve for you :) May I please kindly request that you reach out to us via email at Help@ilovelinen.com.au where we will be more than happy to assist. “I purchased a set of queen sized sheets which I think are very comfortable I would love to buy some more and I need some quilt covers as well I work in a bedding shop however a customer told me about linen sheets how comfortable they were so I thought I would try them and he was right thank you so much I love natural fibres too Kind regards Johanna goldsmith”

The quality is fantastic, they feel & look beautiful & the colours are amazing! Highly recommend if you are looking for quality linen at a good price”
