“Luxurious bedding that I could honestly roll around in all day if I didn’t have a job 😅 this is genuinely the best quality linen I’ve found, and it makes me so excited to get into bed.”

“When I ordered from I Love Linen, I looked through everything on their website to find the most affordable thing but something I would love. I settled on a bamboo quilt cover set. The website was not clear that I was to put my own comforter inside the cover I was sent, so when I received it, I was very confused and disappointed. It didn’t look at all like the picture on the website even once I added the comforter inside. I reached out to customer service to express how my expectations were not met and I was disappointed, asking for some kind of compensation for all the money I just paid for for something I don’t love. I was told since it wasn’t faulty they couldn’t help me. While it is a nice comforter, I felt misled from the website into what I was buying and then wasn’t offered any incentive to try a different cover or get free shipping on a return or anything. I felt forced into keeping it. This has led me to not want to buy from this website again.”

Hello, Thank you for reaching out with your feedback! We are sorry to read of your disappointment with our bamboo quilt covers not coming with a quilt insert. I can see one of our friendly team members from customer care have been in correspondence with you regarding this. We try and make the contents of this set very clear on the product pages, and all of our quilt covers are shot with an insert inside the cover. Bamboo as a fabric is quite sleek and not full and fluffy, depending on your quilt insert will depend on how full this looks, we use our our own Hotel cloud quilts which are very thick and offer that cloud like fullness. “I first purchased a king-sized double-sided quilt cover on 11 April 2022, and since then I have purchased matching flat and fitted sheets. I am delighted with all of my linen bedding. It looks good, feels better and washes like a dream. I will never go back to other fabrics as none of them favorably compare to French linen, even my husband agrees that it was worth the cost. Exceptional products, excellent service and even the pricings are OK.”

“I enjoy the sheets. Bit disappointed at how they fade. I know you say the care instructions but my gingham sheets are almost white now. The one thing that stopped me purchasing is the point system. My husband bought me a $250 voucher and we weren’t able to combine the points he got with my exisiting points. I thought that was a bit tight. Also when I went to redeem what points I did have I could only use one lot. I feel I have spent a lot on linen with you, obviously not as much as others but to me it has cost a fortune and to think I couldn’t combine my points with my husbands (who would never purchase) turned me off and why I buy elsewhere. Thanks.”

“The feel of the linen is so beautiful!! The colours are gorgeous!! Service is exceptional!! Probably my all time favourite purchase is the Jumpsuit, it’s just so so comfortable!! I only wish I had purchased more of these before they became obsolete. I totally recommend I Love Linen, you will be so grateful for them.”
