“This is my fourth delivery from the lovely I love linen crew and it did not disappoint. The order process was easy, the communication from the ILL team regarding packing and dispatch was second to none and as usual, I was not disappointed when I opening my package. “Finally decided to make an order on a few items ive had my eye on, confirmed and paid. Only to then get notified that one of the items were out of stock and won't have them in stock until an uncertain amount of time... I would have expected the website to say it was out of stock first before going through with my payment... anyway, I was then given the option to split post and deliver one of the items first and wait until other item comes in stock. Fast forward over a month... i still haven't received the first item... can i say I love I Love Linen? Not sure, because I don't have any of the products I've purchased...”

“WOW - The quality and customer service is second to none! I've always been hesitant to "splurge" on bedding but it was the best decision! When I accidentally ordered the wrong colour, the customer service team were super helpful in assisting and changing my order to suit. The bedding truly is worth it, the quality is so soft and luxe. “I wanted to treat myself to some linen bedding and I have to say I am very happy I did. The colours where exactly what I imagined. I've never slept on linen before so the first night I found it slightly itchy, but after that first night it was soft and comfortable. I will definitely be purchasing again in the future.”
