“The frame is of the highest quality and will suit its intended purpose very well indeed. Just as important, though, is the level of customer service I experienced. Phoning to enquire about the progress of the order, I was told that at the last stage - 'finishing' - a fault had been noticed. Hearing that I hoped to have the frame for a special occasion, the office manager told me that the original materials were temporarily out of stock but suggested an alternative which would mean that the frame could be made within hours. That is exactly what happened: the parcel was despatched that afternoon and I had it the very next day. I couldn't have asked for more.”

“A great company to do business with. Very attentive to detail and check if anything's not clear. Occasionally had problems with items damaged in transit which they replace promptly. and generally they make every effort to ensure goods arrive on time and as ordered. Highly recommended.”

“I ordered 2 custom made frames which arrived within 10 days and fitted my beloved printers perfectly. Thank goodness for Image Frames Ltd I can now contutie to collect/build on my Art and print collection knowing that I can order a well made frame that will fit and enhance the image perfectly.”

“To be honest I was a little disappointed in the value for money of the frames purchased. Whilst the construction was ok I thought the materials used were of poor quality. In particular one of the frames has a particularly unsightly knot of wood in the front of one of the sides. I am surprised this got past quality control and whilst I have accepted the items without complaint, I certainly won't be using this supplier in the future.”

“Very easy to use website and I particularly liked being able to choose the size of the whole where the picture would sit. The only downside is that the frame wasn't packaged well and the perspex was bent behind a couple of the metal backing pins... This could have damaged the Perspex if no protective covering.... A little more care in putting frame together is needed, it seems it may have been rushed. V good quality frame and mount tho. Thank you”

“WOW!! What a great concept and fantastic service. I was very pleased with the range and customization offers available, and even more impressed with how easy it was to put them all together. Delivery was a couple of days and there was plenty of correspondence with regards when the order would arrive. Very Impressed, will certainly use again. Thanks”
