“I've used Image Frames several times and cannot fault their products and service. I did an order last year for some enormous frames and when there was a problem with one, they did not rest until it was sorted out and everything was completed to my satisfaction - truly outstanding customer service.”

“Very pleased with all previous orders. Cannot comment on my last order because I haven't received it yet, having problems getting the carrier to understand I needed them to leave the package in my porch...instead they want to deliver on another day that I will be out, despite my filling in forms and leaving instructions, maybe Image should look to delivery companies!”

“As a returning customer, I still cannot fault this Company. The quality of the frames is excellent, the prices affordable and the whole service is second to none. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else for bespoke frames now, and I have no hesitation in recommending Image Frames to anyone looking for a top-class, reliable service.”

“Very happy with the frame, very easy to change delivery time to suit. Only slight negative I would say is that the turnaround time on the website is a little misleading, in that it said it would take 5-7 working days and it was more like 14, but otherwise no problems”

“I ordered 4 frames and mounts for some awkwardly sized art that I had. I have found previous websites very complicated in terms of getting the correct sizes for mounts and frames but this was very easy to follow at each stage. All frames arrived in the time quoted and all correct and of good quality. Getting things framed locally was a fortune so this is a great result at a fraction of the price!”

“Very nice frames at a good price. Although delivery was when expected, I received an email from 'ImediaT' re delivery details of my Image Frames goods. This was not identified which left a worrying concern of a possible spam. Apparantly, your courier 'interlink express' who also delivers 'ImediaT' goods has a software problem. Delivery emails to the customer are sent with the wrong company claiming they are sending the goods. I was able to confirm this with 'ImediaT' who say this happens about once a month.”

“Good response after a couple of problems over the order - phone call with explanation for delay and prompt resolution. Frame as described and delivery good ( text with eta and delivery on time etc) Would recommend.”

“Generally good and the answers to my email query were prompt and helpful. Somehow or other my order was not fulfilled as I had intended. Probably my fault! I suggest, like at least one of your competitors, you should offer self adhesive backing board.”
